In past two years, I have put my house on the market two times. I used various agents from different real estate companies. Each time I had signed a 6-months contract as they requested. But the contracts expired with no sales. There were also several agents that offered their services after that, but in talking with them, I just felt that their only interest is to sell the house, and sell it fast. In short, I didn’t feel like they had my interests in mind, at all. My house is positioned in a highly regarded sector of Brossard, in a very quiet, nearly idyllic, kid-friendly, crescent, where 99% of traffic is local. It's two minute walk to two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a doctor, schools, and a whole slew of useful services. In short, it’s as an ideal location as they get. The house itself is well maintained. Over the years I invested a lot of money in improvements and renovations. Most certainly, the house should be very attractive to potential buyers. And yet, I had no sale. I had visitors. A lot of visitors. I had open-house two times but I never received any offers. I was completely flabbergasted, confused. I couldn’t understand as to why no one wanted to buy the house, or even make any offer. It was even priced lower than the market expectations. At least, that's what other agents were telling me.Before I would try to sell the house for the third time, I did some serious research on real estate agents in my area. The name of Ms. Ewelina Pawlak kept showing up right on top. I checked out her website for her inventory, and noticed that she was selling a house close to mine. I went to see that house and noticed on the For Sale sign she wrote “3 offers in 10 days”. And two days later, the house was sold. She sold the house that was very similar to mine in every respect. Needless to say, I met Ms. Pawlak, who sat with me and we talked for nearly 2 hours about various options. She also explained to me what she can do for me in terms of driving traffic and potential buyers to my place. She also explained that she closely monitors online visitors and has tools to gauge if the sales price should be moved, and in which direction. Even more importantly, Ms. Pawlak toured the house with me and told me what I have to do in the house to make it look more attractive. It was a very long and a very detailed list of to-do’s. She even helped me all that, physically, with moving and removing some items. That, finally, made me feel that I would be in good hands. She was very optimistic.When she suggested the list price, I told her that I thought it’s way too high (actually, I said "are you out of your mind" haha). Obviously, with my previous experiences with other agents, I had a lot of doubts in terms of how much the house can be sold for, and I expressed those doubts to her. However, she was so confident and positive that I decided to let her do her job. And she did it just marvelously!! After I made changes that she asked, exactly as she wanted, in the very first 2 days, I had 7 clients. Most of them stayed in the house very long, which never happened before That was already a good sign. Next day, Ms. Pawlak hosted an open-house. Instead of usual 2 hours (2-4), I had clients browsing my house until 6pm. Ms. Pawlak was at the house all along. Greeting each client, showing them the house, answering all the questions, in short – being completely committed, making sure all visitors get the right picture of what they might be buying into. The following day, Ms. Pawlak presented me 4 signed offers. SIGNED!! All from pre-approved clients. Each offer was more attractive than the next. Two of the offers were OVER the asking price. One of them was so high that I couldn’t even believe my eyes. Of course, I gladly accepted the highest offer, which was, incidentally, $70,000 higher than the best projection I have ever had with any of the other agents. Even the 100 IPPG pyrite test in my garage didn't matter!This review offers but 5 stars only. If I could, I'd give her 10 stars with no hesitations. Thanks a million, Ewelina!- Rajko Bogdanovic

My wife Allison and I decided to sell out house in mid-November of 2019. Allison had filled in a web form and she received a call from Nicolas and booked an appointment. Nicolas came by the following and explained how it worked and gathered some basic information. In the mean time, that morning we had received a card in the mail for a free house evaluation. I filled in the form on the web site and thought no more about it.The following week I received a phone call from Ewelina and we books an appointment for later in the week. On the day of the appointment. to my surprise, Nicolas shows up and parks across the street, 10 minutes later Ewelina arrived. To our surprise, they were working togeather. Ewelina explained that we need to get a updated certificate of location,which we could not afford and it going to be difficult raising that money.So a week goes by. Ewelina calls and proposes that her and Nicolas could cover the cost of getting the new certificate of location. we agreed and Ewelina came by on Dec 6 (Friday) in the late AM. My wife and I signed the contract for the sale of the house around 11:30. Ewelina finished taking the measurements of the rooms, transmitted the into for Nicolas who was at the office that day. The house was listed online by 17:00 and had gotten over 700 hits online by midnight. Ewelina called early on Dec7 (Saturday) with 3 repectful bids. The bid that we accepted was 12,000 over the asking price and and the buyer came by to sign.All in all, it took less than 12 hours from the time the house was listed until it was sold.Ewelina Pawlak and Nicolas Fortin are a great team. They are extremely professional an efficient and will go the extra mile for their clients.Selling a house in under 12 hours is extremely impressive.
